That comment about Voldemort is made by 'Rapier', nick-name of one of the Weasley twins (actually Ron thinks it's Fred) on the news of Potterwatch, a radio program; I just added Ron, Hermione and Harry's last comments (about Snape, who's Hogwarts' headmaster), and you can't blame me, it's something that just popped out in my mind at... exactly 12:33 a.m. :P
